US Vice President Jay Day Vance has stated that his views on the future of the Ukraine peace process have changed over the past six months, but refused to make any specific predictions.

He believes that it is difficult to make concrete predictions about the future settlement. The vice president believes that both sides have reached a "point of diminishing returns."
