The 3rd Minsk international conference on Eurasian security issues opens in Minsk. The two-day event is expected to be attended by the foreign ministers of Russia, Hungary and North Korea, as well as the leaders of CSTO and SCO.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, delegations from more than 40 countries and seven international organizations will participate in the forum.
Among them are foreign ministers of European, Asian and Middle Eastern countries, leaders of integration associations, representatives of parliaments, research institutes and analytical centers.
