Awareness: from November 15, driving with winter tires is a mandatory requirement
Dear citizens,
from November 15 to March 31 inclusive, the operation of vehicles without appropriate winter tires will be prohibited.
In particular, the operation of the vehicle will be prohibited if:
1) light passenger cars and up to 3.5 tons permissible weightl:heavy duty trucks do not have winter tires installed,
2) the residual height of the pattern of winter tires intended for operation in icy or snow-covered road conditions is 4 millimeters or less during driving in the specified road conditions,
For the violation of the stipulated requirements, there are measures of administrative responsibility.

Dear road users, the Ministry of Internal Affairs urges you to observe traffic safety rules, purchase winter tires with a permissible protective layer, and show conscious, law-abiding and law-abiding behavior.
