On October 23, Director of the Department of Foreign Relations and Protocol of the Mother See, His Excellency T. Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan received the members of the Armenian Relief Society (ARS) independent women's charity organization at the Mother See.
At the meeting, the Holy Father conveyed to the members of the union H.S.O.T.T. The paternal blessing and best wishes of Karekin the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
Congratulating on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of the establishment of the ARS, Archbishop Nathan noted with satisfaction the irrevocable mission of the organization in the social, health, and educational spheres in the life of the Armenian people, and made a private reference to the support and cooperation shown to the expatriated Artsakh Armenians.
Referring to the challenges facing Armenia, Nathan Srbazan urged the members of the ARS to be actively involved in overcoming them.
In the end, His Holiness told the attendees to keep strong the connection with the motherland and the Armenian Church, to zealously continue to bring their benefits to the Armenians.
