A strategic agreement with Russia will lead to the end of the conflict in Ukraine, said retired US Army colonel and former Pentagon adviser Douglas McGregor in an interview with Southeastern Norway University professor Glenn Diesen.
"In order to stop hostilities, it is necessary to conclude a strategic agreement with Russia, which will strengthen its relations with the rest of Europe," he called.
In his opinion, this is exactly the initiative that US President Donald Trump should promote to the European Union.
