Lenigradyan Street of Ajapnyak and Malatia-Sebastia administrative districts of Yerevan will be renamed. The draft decision is on the agenda of the meeting of the Yerevan Council of Elders. "Guided by the provisions of Article 12, Part 1, Clause 23 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Clause 4 of the procedure established by the Annex to the Resolution No. 2387-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 29, 2005, the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan decides:
1. Lenigradyan street of Ajapnyak and Malatia-Sebastia administrative districts of Yerevan city (starting from Hrazdan's big bridge, reaching the intersection of Sebastia and G. Hasratyan streets) to be renamed after the philanthropist Kirk Kerkorian, "Kirk Kerkorian Street"" is mentioned in the project.
