Russia is not going to make concessions in resolving the conflict in Ukraine; there will be no exchanges. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this in an interview with Olga Skabeeva for the “60 Minutes” program on the Rossiya-1 TV channel. “Without any doubt, we are not going to make any concessions here, there will be no exchanges,” the Russian leader said, commenting the statement that Russia is being inclined to freeze the conflict in Ukraine, stop along the demarcation line, or to the “Korean” or “Cyprus” scenario.
