Within the framework of his visit to Shirak region, the Minister of Justice visited Artik Penitentiary Institution. The Minister got acquainted with the conditions of keeping the convicts, a newly renovated sports room, library, recreation room, cells. The Minister talked to the convicts, listening to their concerns and proposals. The Minister also visited the quarantine building, and also got acquainted with the short and long-term visit to the children's playroom.
The Ministry of Justice pursues the full implementation of the reforms in the penitentiary sphere.
