At least 4 rockets fell on the territory of the American military base located in Syria's Der Zor province, "RIA Novosti" reports.

The US Armed Forces facility is located not far from the Conoco oil and gas field. According to journalists, a total of six ammunitions were fired at the military base. The organizers of the attack targeted the military radar operating in the area.

It is also known that, in response, the USAF military attacked seven nearby settlements. The attacked villages are currently under the control of Syrian troops.

On October 15, the American military base, which is located in the Syrian city of El Hasaka, was attacked by three drones. At that moment, the USAF plane, which was delivering components for air defense systems, tried to land in the area of the object, "RIA Novosti" writes.

Earlier, American soldiers shelled allied forces of the Syrian army in Der Zor province.
