The inspectors of the Gegharkunik Regional Center of the Food Security Inspection Body held control measures in the "Communa Sevan" public catering company (Gegharkunik region, Artanish region). This was reported by the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority.
It turned out that it works with violations of defined sanitary and hygienic norms, in particular,
The kitchen is not minimized to be minimized air pollution,
There is no struggle against insects,
windows and other openings do not have instrumental networks,
The food chain involved in 3 people did not subject to mandatory initial and periodic medical examinations.
In addition, fresh pork, lamb and chicken's fresh meat was non-slaughtered origin, which did not have veterinary certificates of the 5th form of slaughterhouse origin. Flowers were confiscated and given to extinction.
According to the decision of the inspection bodies, the production activity of the "Communa Sevan" public catering facility has been suspended, the term of mandatory implementation has been issued, the term has been set to eliminate the detected violations.
