Ukraine can refuse lost territories to terminate military operations and to provide security guarantees in the form of weapons and membership in NATO. According to the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, Vladimir Zelenki has removed its position before the Russian-American summit, the Ukrainian authorities are ready to freeze the conflict along the current line of hostilities.
At the same time, Kiev does not want to yield the territories under the ADL, LGH, Cherson and Zaporozhiet regions.
According to the publication, Zelensky should "be smart, because the country's constitution does not allow him to give way to territories without a national referendum."
