Aliyev and Zelensky have condemned Russia's actions

On August 10, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky called the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

According to APA, during the telephone conversation, they also touched upon bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine. In particular, it was emphasized that last month a sitting of the intergovernmental commission between the two countries took place in Baku, during which effective discussions on the development of trade and economic ties took place.

During the telephone conversation, the parties condemned the targeted airstrikes on Russia's oil storage and other gas facilities, as well as Azerbaijani gas to Ukraine.
