The inspectors of the Yerevan Center for Safety Inspection of the RA Food Safety The inspectors have taken control of the dairy factory belonging to "Tex-As" LLC (Yerevan, Gurgen Mahari), where it has found that it works with violations of sanitary conditions.
In particular,
• The walls of the cheese maturation hall were not smooth and new condition,
• The surfaces of the ceilings were not provided with waterproof and washable materials, there were traces of mold,
• The metal parts of the containers were subject to corrosion,
• Equipment has not been properly cleaned and disinfected,
• One of the existing stands in the workshop was not prepared for materials that meet the requirements of hygiene.
By the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the dairy factory has been suspended.
The term of violations and discrepancies has been established.
