The Palestinian National Administration (Pav) is actively going to take part in the first Russian-Arab summit in Moscow, and expects its role to play in the cessation of the war in the Gaza Strip, said Pav Foreign Minister Varsen Aghabekyan-Shahin.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin invited Arab leaders to the summit. According to him, most of the friendly countries have agreed to participate.
"We are very interested in holding the Russian-Arab summit, the preparations are fully implemented. We expect the results of the meeting to support the efforts of Russia and Arab countries to prevent the genocide, violent deportation and the annexation of the territories (in the Gaza Strip).
The National Minister of Palestine also noted that the summit will contribute to the settlement of the peace process between the Middle East between Palestine and Israel.
