The Georgian authorities are not ready to sign an agreement on non-use of force with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, as the republic has already stated that the only way to restore territorial integrity is the peaceful way. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters.
"Of course, we are not ready for it (not to sign an attack on non-attack). This is not serious for us, as it is not about not attacking. We declare one simple thing. The only way to restore territorial integrity is the peaceful way. We declare this, and there can be no question of any document or agreement, "Kobakhidze said.
