Japan has completed the next stage of water emissions from the Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant

The specialists of the Japanese Energy Power (TEPCO) Energy Company have completed the 13th stage of the ocean of water purified from the Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant.

As stated by the Japanese company, at this stage, as in all the previous times, the ocean was shed to about 7.8 thousand tons of water. The process was ceased for about two days due to the threat of a tsunami caused by a powerful earthquake in Kamchatka, but it did not affect the final volume of waste.

Due to the earthquake in Kamchatka and its consequences, there were no emergency situations at the Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant or other Japanese nuclear facilities.

In March 2011, Fukushima Dogin's nuclear power plant hit the tsunami, which led to three reactors collapse, explosions and a large amount of radioactive material emissions.
