Presidential elections in Turkey may take place prematurely in 2028, but at the end of 2027. According to RIA Novosti, the statement was made by Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdullkadir Uraloglu.

The ruling Justice and Development Party of Turkey told RIA Novosti that in 2027 there was no agenda for holding possible presidential elections.
"There is no such agenda," the party said.
Ogotur Ozel, the leader of the Turkish People's Republican People's Party (PACE), called on the authorities to hold snap elections in November this year. Commenting on these calls, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the election would be held in 2028, and there is no other agenda.
After Erdogan's statement, Ozel stressed that the incumbent leader will not be able to run for president again in 2028, so he proposes to go to snap elections in November. Mehmet Ujum, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Council under the President of Turkey, did not rule out the possibility of early presidential elections in the early quarter of 2027 in accordance with the decision of the parliament.
