The United States and other NATO members are developing a new military supply mechanism, which will focus on the purchase of American weapons, the list of Ukrainian's priorities, Reuters reported, citing its sources.
According to their information, Kiev must decide on the priority of the necessary weapons in batches of $ 500 million, and NATO's allies with the Secretary-General of the Organization Mark Ruthse will decide who to provide funds for it.
This approach is expected to allow Ukraine to provide $ 10 billion in Ukraine. According to a source, this will allow European countries to buy more rapid weapons from the United States and avoid long-term bureaucratic procedures.
According to Reuters, within the framework of the new mechanism, the supply of at least one batch of weapons for Ukraine is discussed.
