The Republic of Armenia is obliged not to sign any document predetermining the status of Artsakh within Azerbaijan. The occupation of Artsakh was not recorded or condemned by the RA authorities, on the contrary, it is being legitimized. The "HayaVote" initiative made a statement about it.
