CSTO Foreign Ministers condemn Israeli and US attacks on Iran

The Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) strongly condemn the strokes of Israel and the United States on Iran, which threaten to reach the region. This is stated in the statement of the ministers related to the situation in the Middle East.

"We, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty, express our deep concern over the dangerous escalation of tensions in the Middle East.

We strongly condemn hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which violate the charter of the United Nations and international law. We sincerely condolate all the victims and mourning the victims of mutual attacks.

We emphasize that any attack on civilian objects, including nuclear energy infrastructure is categorically unacceptable and a gross violation of the principles and norms of international law.

They are created by the realization of the situation in the entire region and are pregnant with destructive consequences for world peace and stability, "the document said.

At the same time, the ministers stressed that such actions are "disrupting the efforts of a zone free of nuclear and mass destruction in the Middle East."
