The Azeri Foreign Ministry said that the Russian side was filed in connection with the June 27 searches, during which Russia had killed two Azerbaijani homes, and several people were injured and 9 were arrested.
Earlier, Baku issued a statement urging Russia to conduct an immediate investigation and prosecuted those who had committed violence against Azerbaijanis in a short period of time.
