The inspectors of the Shirak Regional Center of the RA Food Safety Inspection Inspectorate were inspected at the Dairy Plant (Shirak region, G. Amasia), during which they made a laboratory test. This was reported by SATM.
According to the results of laboratory examination, cheese "Chechil" and "Lori" products did not meet the requirements set out by regulations.
In private. The "Chechil" cheese product design, in terms of bacteria of the bacteriums of the Akhmet (Germic Group), and the type of "Lori" cheese products, falsifying the sacrament, as well as in the bacterium.
The separate function of the dairy factory, the production of these products, was suspended until the detected violations were removed.
