US Secretary of State Marco Rubions congratulated the Russians on Russia's Day. His congratulations were spread by the State Department.
He stressed his commitment to build constructive relations with the Russian Federation for peace with Ukraine.
Rubio expressed hope that the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict will lead to more mutually beneficial relations between the United States and Russia.
