Serbian President Alexander Vucich has not signed the Declaration of the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit, which took place on June 11 in Odessa.
The leaders of the Southeast European countries have condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine. "We strongly condemn Russia's cruel and aggressive war against Ukraine," the statement said.
