The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has criticized the Russian President's Assistant for the announcement on Artsakh

"Russian President's Assistant Vladimir Medinsky called Nagorno Karabakh a disputed territory and thus distorting the facts," he said.

"We recommend that Mr. Medinsky refrain from damaging the interstate relations, making such incorrect statements on issues that are beyond its authority," the statement said.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan noted that "Russia recognizes Azerbaijan's sovereignty" against Artsakh and considered it inappropriate to compare the Russian-Ukrainian conflict with the "situation in Karabakh".

The statement of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is connected with the Medinesky, RT TV channel, during which the president-Ukrainian conflict is not subject to peace, "It's going to be a debating area between Armenia and Azerbaijan, then Karabakh will turn into a huge Karabakh conflict."

"After a while, Ukraine, NATO, along with its allies (joining NATO), will try to return it, and it will be the end of the planet, it will be a nuclear war," said Medinsky.
