UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterresh may participate in the development of possible peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by the President of Brazil Luis Inasii Lula Dava, who already informed France's leader Emanuel Makron on this initiative.
"Yesterday I offered Makron to talk to the UN Secretary-General Guterresh, who can visit Russia and Ukraine to develop an agreement ready for signing," said the head of state's visit to France.
Lula that Silva added that both sides can rely on Brazil's mediation in peace in Ukraine.
Earlier, the Brazilian leader offered Russian President Vladimir Putin to help as a mediator in resolving the conflict.
