According to the armeps.am state procurement system, 24 contracts were signed with "Factor Production" in 2018 by the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Yerevan Municipality, the Ararat Marzpeter's Office, the Prime Minister's Office, the RA Ministries of Education, Science, Culture, Sports and Economy. The contracts were mostly one-person procedures.
In addition, a contract of about 3 billion drams per person was signed between Yerevan Municipality and "Factory Production" LLC, so that the aforementioned LLC would organize the events dedicated to the Yerevan holiday.

"Factory Production" LLC did not fulfill its tax obligation in 2020, paying 1 million 641 thousand 281 drams in tax. And after all this, the given company was not deprived of state support.
According to rumors, Rudik Ter-Galstyan has close relations with Petros Petoyan, district head of the Center, and Lusine Dayan, Yerevan mayor's adviser, who contribute to the company's financial growth at the expense of the state budget, naturally with the direct participation of their superior, Tigran Avinyan.
