Ukraine and Japan have signed an agreement that needs ERA (emergency income acceleration) to receive $ 3 billion. The country's Prime Minister Denis Schmigal stated this on Telegram.
"Ukraine and Japanese JICA have signed an agreement, which is necessary for the ERA initiative to receive $ 3 billion. The funds will be returned from the income received from frozen Russian assets, "he wrote.
According to the Prime Minister, "The amount will be directed to the priority budget expenditures for Ukraine's economic development and strengthening." Shmigal noted that in general, Ukraine has already received $ 14.7 billion in ERA program.
In October last year, the leaders of the "group" countries issued a joint statement saying that Ukraine had agreed on the details of the $ 50 billion loan.
