The "Fact" daily writes:
In recent years, we have been witnessing more and more frequent processes such as international law violations, human rights abuses and the destruction of the justice system. But there are states that make new "horizons" from this point of view.
One of those states is a dictatorial Azerbaijan, where structural, consistent and coordinated approaches have been established in issues such as mass human rights violations, falsification of facts, justifying crimes committed by the state. It is unlikely that Artsakh completely emptied Armenians, until today the representatives of the Artsakh military-political leadership and other Armenians are held captive, and the trial continues against them. Baku does not even hide that it has territorial aspirations to Armenia.
However, the international reaction to Azerbaijan's actions is insufficient, as Azerbaijan's oil is more valued than universal values. On the other hand, Baku is using its caviar diplomacy to silence or oppress itself or to overwhelm the enlightenment of the international community for one time, no longer increases the topics related to Azerbaijan's criminal actions.
Moreover, in order to sign a peace agreement, the Armenian side is even ready to refuse the lawsuits against Azerbaijan, which include important proof of them and later they can create serious problems for Baku. On the other hand, the Armenian authorities have the trend of "clearing" the actions of the Aliyev regime or "whitening". The authorities are beginning to be in a "trembling" when a structure or body is preparing a report on Artsakh, Azerbaijani crimes or otherwise in Baku.
And those structures are immediately targeted by the authorities' attacks. Thus, the attention of the international community is drawn to Azerbaijan on the violation of the human rights agenda. In this context, the recently released document was set out by the efforts of the "Armenian Legal Center" in cooperation with the "Armenian Legal Center" in cooperation with the Central Office of the Central Office of the International and Comparative Law and the ARF Bureau. This report provides factual and legal reasons why Azerbaijan has been coordinated and nationalized for falsification, manipulation of lawsuits, human rights abuses and use international law against prisoners of war.
Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International's reputable international human rights organizations have also documented this working style of Azerbaijan. The violations registered by these structures apply not only to war crimes, but also in the country's internal management, where human rights institutions are in fact silenced, and the legal system is not on justice, but in the interests of the government.
In a word, despite the silence of the Armenian authorities, the efforts of Artsakh, there are also Armenian and international organizations that raise these issues, which are argued and documented, but not only against new crimes.
