The huge iceberg resumed swimming in the southern ocean

The largest A23A iceberg in the world has sank and resumed swimming in the southern ocean waters, according to Interfax, citing the press service of the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute (AARI).

"During the three months, what iceberg was stuck in the hut, its surface fell by 7% and is currently 2730 square kilometers, which is comparable to the Moscow area," said Aari.
It is noted that 35% of the initial size of A23A is left. The further fate of the huge iceberg will depend on the wind and currents of this section of the ocean.
