The United Kingdom will help Ukraine maintain and modernize the Soviet weapon used by third countries. This stems from the British government's strategic defense reviews.
"The United Kingdom should study the further ways to support Ukraine's defense skills and security, helping Ukraine access new markets for its defense industry, including the service and modernization of third countries." The statement said.
When presenting the document to the House of Commons of the British Parliament, the Great British Defense Minister John Hill said that the government "accepts these proposals that will be implemented."
