RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan was present at the History Museum of Armenia "parallels in the Old World. The opening of the exhibition entitled "Armenia-Netherlands". This was reported by the IAEA.
Alfred Kocharyan, Deputy Minister of Education and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Marike Matrro-Vinter and Director of the Dents Museum, Ambassador Harry Tupan of the Dutch Museum, was also present at the ceremony. The exhibition presents 15 original exhibits from Assenuvenue Museum, a selection of samples of the History Museum of Armenia.
Minister Zhanna Andreasyan congratulated on the occasion of international museum cooperation, which, according to him, has become a good tradition.
"I am glad that the cooperation between the Museum of History of Armenia and the Druns Museum has continued years ago. The presented exhibits will remove our multi-layered history, the ties between cultures, opening a way for new cooperation. The Armenian government encourages international museum cooperation, as it qualitatively changes the work of the museum, "said Zhanna Andreasyan.
According to him, these exhibitions are also a certain training process as exchange of ideas, and involve new perspectives for museums. The Minister thanked the Government of the Netherlands, the embassy, for successful cooperation to the Dentiles Museum and expressed confidence that new joint programs will be implemented in the future.
Zhanna Andreasyan also emphasized the active efforts of the Armenian History Museum in ensuring the dynamic development of a 105-year-old structure.
"It is also responsible for being in the Republic Square of the Republic of Armenia. The coup is located in the heart of the state, which must be constantly beaten. And for that, new ideas and the environment of their implementation are important, "the minister concluded.
Director of the History Museum of Armenia David Poghosyan also greeted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Kingdom of the Republic of Armenia Marike Matrro-Vinter and Director of the Dents Museum in Armenia. They thanked the partners for joint efforts and expressed hope that new exhibitions will be organized in the future.
"Parallels in the Old World. The exhibition entitled "Armenia-Netherlands" will be open to the general public from June 3 and will run until August 30.
