BLOOMBERG, citing Russian officials, reports that the Russian Central Bank may lower the main interest rate at the June session. The management of the bank can mitigate monetary policy, responding to the freight of the economy.
Currently, the main interest rate is 21% and is at that level since October 2024 due to inflation and the internal employment market tensions.
It is also noted that cash restrictions from ATMs will start operating only on September 1, and only if the bank doubts that the customer is deceived.
