In the second round of the Polish presidential elections, Right and Justice opposition counterpart Karol Knorki won, receiving 50.9% of the votes. This is evidenced by the data on the development of 100% of the ballots by the State Electoral Commission of the Republic, which reports Tvp Info TV channel.
Rafal Trasaskovsky, Candidate of the ruling civil coalition and Warsaw Mayor, received 49.1%.
According to the data published on the website of the Central Electoral Commission, the participation in the second stage was recorded at a record 71.63% of Poland for presidential elections. The previous record of the voter turnout was registered in 1995 (68.23%). The second round of the presidential elections took place in Poland on June 1.
