The return of neutral, non-allied, non-nuclear status is one of the conditions of the Russian Federation to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"I will remind you that neutral, neither the nor nor nuclear status of Ukraine was solemnly declared the declaration of independence of this country adopted in 1991.
