Russia's and China's partnership and strategic cooperation is at an unprecedented high level and lives in the best round of its history, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation said on Tuesday.

"Comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation have reached an unprecedented high level and live in the best period of history," said the Secretary of the CPC Central Committee on the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the CPC Security Council.
Shoigu stressed that Russia and China are considering each other as priority partners and are consistently adhered to the principles of respectful, equal and reliable cooperation.
