According to the new license to deal with Syria, the US Department of Finance has undoorsed sanctions on Syrian airlines, a number of banks and navigation companies, said that transactions with Russia, Iran and DPRK remain forbidden.
"This general license does not allow the Russian government, Iranian government, the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan or on their behalf or to the transfer or provision of goods, technology, software, funding, Russia or the DPRK or Iran," the license said.
The company, organizations and individuals are listed in the License app, including Syrian Airlines, Syrian Central Bank, Syrian Gas Company, the Syrian Peaway, the Syrian Ministry of Energy and the Syrian Ministry of Tourism and the Syrian Ministry of Tourism.
