An investigation into the coal case of former Ukrainian President Petrol Poroshenko has ended. He is accused of treason. This was reported by the publication of "Ukrainian Pravda".
According to the investigation, the former head of state from Donbas is a participant in the supply of more than $ 50 million in Ukraine to Ukraine. Cases against Poroshenko have been initiated in the field of terrorist financing, state treason and terrorism. Politician faces up to 15 years in prison.
The journalists noted that Poroshenko's case has not been examined for several years. According to them, the investigation was activated after the define of sanctions against the politician by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
