After a telephone conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump told Russian leaders and Vladimir Zelenky that he had no sanctions against Russia, as Moscow, in his opinion, is seriously committed to the Ukrainian settlement. The participants of Trump's conversation with European leaders told Axios portal about this.
According to the portal sources, the US President expressed confidence that Russia "wants to make a transaction" and agrees to start direct negotiations on a ceasefire.
