The first British-EU summit will be held at Lancaster House on Monday. According to the British authorities, the summit aims to strengthen the parties' cooperation in the field of defense and trade and open a new page after Brexit in the history of London and Brussels.
The EU will present the European Council Chairman Antonio Costa Derel Lajos, Head of the EU Commissioner for Commercial Policy and Economic Security.
According to Financial Times, the new defense agreement will open opportunities for British companies to participate in the joint purchases of weapons, as well as the level of cooperation between the defense departments of both sides.
