US Secretary of State Scott Bessent has said he does not trust Moody's, which has reduced the United States this week. The head of the department expressed his opinion in an interview with CNN.
"The important thing is that US President Donald Trump has just returned from a historic trip to the Middle East and enters trillion dollars in the United States. We see confidence by investors, so I have little confidence in Moody's, "he said.
Earlier, Moody's rating agency reduced the US rating from AAA to AA1, arguing US government debt.
