The Israeli army has intensified the attacks on the Gaza Strip and is going to expand the scale of the military operation there. This is stated in the press service of the army.
"During the last day, the Israeli Defense Army has launched massive strokes and to mobilize troops in the Gaza Strip, preparing for the expansion of actions, and the liberation of hostages and the abolition of Hamas terrorist organization," the military said.
"The Israeli army will continue to operate the Israeli peaceful residents and achieve the goals of the war," he said.
The army noted that this is the first stage of the previously announced "Gideen Carriers". As reported earlier, the goal of the expanded military operation would be "Hamas' defeat and peace in the Gaza Strip" and "release all hostages."
