Can Erdogan discuss Ukraine's talks with NATO Secretary General?

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may discuss possible talks between Russia and Ukraine on Tuesday with NATO Secretary General Mark Rorte, a diplomatic source told Ria Novosti.

The talks between the Turkish leader with the NATO Secretary General are scheduled for Tuesday in Ankara. They will be held behind the closed doors for the media.

"Ukraine's conflict and possible negotiation process will most likely be on the agenda of the talks," said the agency's source.

Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier offered Ukraine to resume direct talks without preconditions in Istanbul on May 15.
