"China and Latin American countries use true versatility, jointly protect the reforms of the global management system, promote international relations," he said, performing at the opening ceremony of the 4th ministerial meeting of the China-Latin American and the Caribbean community (CELAC).
"China and Brazil have jointly announced a six-point consensus of the Ukrainian crisis, which has responded positively to more than 110 countries."
According to C Nrpinpin, the Chinese authorities intend to "contribute to the solution of urgent international issues with Latin American countries." China and Latin America have become a "fatal community" whose members closely cooperate with each other, he said.
