In order to reach a ceasefire, there are direct talks between Russia and Ukraine. The statement came from Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"It is necessary to negotiate, direct negotiations to find a ceasefire," Peskov told the British journalist of the British Sky News on Sunday.
On May 10, France President Emanuel McRoz, as well as the Prime Ministers of Great Britain and Poland, and Donald Tusk visited Kiev, where he offered a 30-day ceasefire from May 12 during the talks with the Ukrainian side.
