The Japanese government welcomes the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan and closely monitor further developments, Cabinet Secretary General Yosimasa Hayashi told reporters.
On May 10, India and Pakistan agreed to suspend all shotters and military operations on land, air and sea at 17:00 (Moscow time from 14:30).
Hours later, Jamu and Kashmir Indian Union Omar Abdullah expressed the explosions and Indian anti-aircraft defense, which operate near the town of Jamu and Kashmir's summer Srinagar.
However, the second night in a row, the Indian army stated that he did not notice any violations by Pakistan.
"We welcome the ceasefire agreement between the two countries and appreciate the role of the United States as a mediator," Hayashin said.
