Facebook user Sargis Shimalyan warns that when walking in the park today, a part of a tree was torn and fallen on his head.
"Today at 11.05,2025 at 4:40 hours, an unpleasant incident took place with me in the park near Ghapantsyan Street in Kanaker Hak district in Yerevan. When a walk in the mentioned park, a part of the tree was torn down and fell to my head due to the strong wind. Fortunately, I am alive, but I have received medium weight injuries to different parts of the body.
I ask the Yerevan Municipality issue where the control of green areas is. Why should people risk their lives when walking through the city? The tree or its branches were in very bad condition, and no warning or care was carried out.
