On May 5-7, RA Ambassador Grigor Hakobyan was invited to Shiraz, the Shiraz Day event at the invitation of the RA Ambassador and the bilateral meeting of Shiraz.
Ambassador Hakobyan congratulated the mayor on the occasion of Shiraz Day and expressed readiness to promote the cooperation between Shiraz and the Republic of Armenia in various fields, including tourism, cultural, medical and other spheres.
The parties discussed the possibility of the Iranian city of Shiraz and the possibility of declaring one of the partner cities of the Armenian cities.
The RA Ambassador and the Mayor of Shiraz also touched upon the process of organizing joint cultural events in the near future.
