There are threats that are so horrible that the society often prefers not to consider them, considering it unrealistic. For example, the threat of Armenia's compulsory accommodation by the Azerbaijanis, which may sound as an unpreparate joke or black humor.
But this is not a joke at all. The documents on the table of state leaders are not a joke, and Ali's main condition is not a suggestion for Pashinyan, but a very specific and detailed project, which is planned to be implemented in the near future.
The Armenian authorities continue to make minimal statements on this issue, and sometimes one of the CP representatives, such as Hovik Aghazaryan (even former), unavailingly reveals that the topic is being discussed with Azerbaijan.
However, the Armenian society has not yet realized the expected disaster and has not expressed its attitude on this issue, which in this context (not only in this respect), according to its allegations, "will return" about about three hundred thousand Azeris, allegedly the same people left the Armenian territory in the 20th century.
Imagine that three hundred thousand representatives of the openly hostile people enter a country with a population of several million means to imagine Armenia's collapse. However, as always happens in Ali's ultimatums, everything is worse than it seems at first glance.
In December 2024, in one of the conferences, Ali re-raised the issue of "return" of Azeris to Armenia, noting three hundred thousand people. He also demanded that Yerevan immediately negotiate with the organization called "Community of Western Azerbaijan", which has prepared a document called "Handicap of Western Azerbaijan."
This document was designed as a roadmap. Thus, Aliyev stressed that his position fully coincides with the position of "Western Azerbaijani community", it is enshrined in the "Return Concept", making it a program document for the Azerbaijani government.
"The concept of the return of West Azerbaijan" is available to the public, and we would advise Armenian citizens to get acquainted with it without hesitation. After all, it describes the world in detail that the current Armenian government is preparing for us, surrendering lands and endangering the lives of Armenian soldiers.
According to the "concept", the Azerbaijanis will create large enclaves in Armenia, living in full areas and cities. The document states that "attempts to disperse Azeris with various pretenses and legal tricks are a manifestation of racism and will be rejected as a harmful approach to reintegration."
In addition, it claims that Armenia must "give Azerbaijan a chance to study in their mother tongue, as well as the use of Azerbaijani in the legislative, executive and judicial bodies, to ensure the full protection of the rights of Azeris."
In addition, it will be necessary to "stop glorifying and responsible against Azerbaijanis immediately", including the demolition of monuments of military and political figures against the Azerbaijanis, as well as the abolition of the change of historical names.
The document also states that the Azerbaijanis "do not trust the Republic of Armenia on security issues and consider it important to deploy an international security mission in the territories of the return of Western Azeris, compiled by the forces of their trusted countries."
Interestingly, which countries will be the "bodyguard" of the Azeris who legally invaded Armenia. Turkey and who? Russia will probably not seem to them. First of all, Azerbaijan does not trust him so much, and second, the current government of Armenia can hardly agree, and third, it would hurt Russia's interests.
Most likely, the EU countries can participate in such a mission, whose relations have recently become significantly warmed with Azerbaijan. The EU leadership, which is most interested in the opening of the so-called "Zangezur corridor", may be in favor of the idea of "reconciliation" like the Caucasian peoples.
Moreover, given the reverence of the Armenian elite towards Europe, the EU's mission can undoubtedly become a real protection for Azeris settled in Armenia, preventing complaints from Armenians.
It is very interesting who really of three hundred thousand people who, according to Aliyev, have already expressed a desire to "return home." Despite the large-scale information campaign to find displaced persons announced in the "Concept", it seems unbelievable to find even a dozen times fewer people who are ready to suddenly leave everything and move to each Azeris as extremely hostile.
It should be assumed that these three hundred thousand "extreme sports lovers" will not be an elderly deported from the Republic of Armenia during Stalin. It is likely that there will be a completely different mass, physically and morally strong, well-trained and, in fact, the army-like formed.
Aliyev considers Zangezur one of the areas whose population, according to him, was Azerbaijani. Thus, in Zangezur, he is going to perform his two programs, a corridor, a territorial zone, and great exclamation by protected external forces.
Therefore, in that case, in case of such an incredible layout, this area can be called Armenian only "from politeness." "We will return to the calls, but in cars," Aliyev said.
However, the issue will not be limited to Zangezur. Aliyev can afford such equity in terms of not needing tanks, as his partner in Armenia is Nikol Pashinyan. Pashinyan's main problem seems to present another concessions to the Armenian society as a necessity.
That is why Aliyev says so confidently. "I am deeply convinced that the day of the return of the Azerbaijanis will definitely come, and here we hope the political will of the Armenian leadership."
