The two-year-old child was hospitalized in Yekaterinburg after falling from the fifth floor window. This was reported by E1.
The incident took place on Raevsky Street. According to the publication, the boy opened his own window on his own and came out with the cat.
"The windows were previously equipped with locking devices, but they were open at the time of the incident," the publication said.
As a result, the pet failed to save. The boy was taken to hospital in extremely serious condition, the details of his injuries were not known. At the moment, he is in the intensive care unit.
It is known that the child's mother and another child were at home at the time of the incident. A protocol has been drawn up against the parent to not fulfill parental responsibilities.
